Details
Redraw the technology S-curve and the discontinuity 
The S-curve picture (I/58) had barely readable labels and the
Schilling/Esmundo discontinuity (I/59) a beige slide background. Both are
qualitative curves, so they become TikZ figures traced from the slides:
a logistic S-curve with the three phases, and the old and new
technology curves with A, B, C and the dashed discontinuity.
